Solicitors and will writers are experts at making a provision for those affected by making a mark. However there are very strict safeguards which have to be adhered to when a will is signed by someone other than the testator.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The main thing to consider is that a will can not be made by anyone who does not possess sufficient mental capacity to fully understand what they are doing.
